Our Work
The Delaware County Community Partnership (DCCP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building stronger, healthier communities through prevention, education, and collaboration. We work with schools, families, law enforcement, healthcare providers, businesses, and community partners to provide substance misuse prevention programs, youth mentoring, mental health awareness, leadership development, and family support services. Through community events, educational outreach, and evidence-based initiatives, DCCP strives to empower individuals, strengthen families, and create opportunities that help people of all ages thrive. Our mission is to inspire positive change, promote healthy choices, and improve the quality of life throughout Delaware County and the surrounding communities.
The Delaware County Community Partnership's (DCCP) Annual Back to School Bash & Community Clothing Drive is a free community event dedicated to helping local students and families prepare for a successful school year. Through the generosity of donors, volunteers, and community partners, families receive free clothing, shoes, school supplies, hygiene items, and access to valuable community resources. The event also features local organizations that provide information on health services, prevention education, mentoring opportunities, and family support programs. More than just a giveaway, the Back to School Bash brings our community together to ensure every child has the confidence, resources, and support they need to start the school year ready to succeed while strengthening connections between families and local services.

Back to School Bash Leach Braves
The Delaware County Community Partnership (DCCP) was proud to participate as a community vendor at the Leach Back to School Bash, where we connected with students, parents, and families as they prepared for the new school year. During the event, DCCP distributed free hygiene items and shared information about the services and programs we provide throughout Delaware County. Families learned about our youth mentoring program, the G.O.A.T. (Goals Over All Temptations) Program, and our substance misuse prevention initiatives designed to help young people build confidence, make healthy choices, and reach their full potential. The event provided a wonderful opportunity to strengthen community partnerships, increase awareness of available resources, and connect families with programs that promote positive youth development and long-term success.

Open House NTC Kansas
DCCP attended the Northeast Technology Center (NTC) Open House to connect with students, families, and community members while sharing information about the programs and resources available through our organization. During the event, we highlighted our substance misuse prevention efforts, youth mentoring opportunities, G.O.A.T. Program, and community outreach initiatives. The open house provided a valuable opportunity to build new connections, increase awareness of DCCP's services, and support NTC's efforts to provide education and opportunities for youth and families in our community.

Adult Prom
DCCP hosted our Adult Prom as a fun and memorable community event that gave adults the opportunity to dress up, enjoy an evening of music and dancing, and connect with others in a welcoming atmosphere. The event also served as a fundraiser to support DCCP's ongoing programs, including substance misuse prevention, youth mentoring, the G.O.A.T. Program, and community outreach efforts. Adult Prom brought community members together for a night of fun while raising awareness and support for DCCP's mission to build stronger, healthier communities throughout Delaware County.

COMMUNITY BABY SHOWERS
From August 2025 through September 2026, Delaware County Community Partnership hosted 8 Community Baby Showers across Delaware County, bringing families together with local organizations, resources, education, and support. These community events help expecting and new parents connect with essential services, learn about resources available to their families, and build a stronger network of support within their communities

Keller Williams Red Day
DCCP was honored to be selected as the recipient of Keller Williams RED Day, an annual day of service dedicated to giving back and strengthening local communities. Keller Williams volunteers generously donated their time, resources, and hard work to support DCCP and our mission. Their contribution helped strengthen our ability to provide substance misuse prevention, youth mentoring, the G.O.A.T. Program, and community outreach initiatives throughout Delaware County. We are incredibly grateful to Keller Williams for choosing DCCP and investing in the youth, families, and communities we serve.
