Delaware County Community Partnership

Delaware County Community Partnership (DCCP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving individuals and families throughout Delaware County, Oklahoma. Established in 1992, DCCP is dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community by connecting people with resources, providing prevention and educational opportunities, supporting youth and families, and bringing community partners together to address local needs.

 

Our Mission

DCCP works to strengthen Delaware County by investing in people, supporting families, empowering youth, and building partnerships that create healthier and more connected communities.

 

What We Do

Our work focuses on prevention, education, resource connection, youth development, and community collaboration. DCCP provides addiction and overdose prevention services, supports youth physical and mental health initiatives, participates in community education, and helps connect individuals and families with programs and resources.

We also support community events and projects such as resource fairs, school supply drives, youth activities, and family-focused outreach.

 

Our Community Approach

We believe lasting change happens when communities work together. DCCP partners with schools, families, nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, community leaders, and other local organizations to identify needs and develop solutions that make a meaningful difference.
