Delaware County Community Partnership provides programs and community initiatives designed to support youth, families, and individuals throughout Delaware County.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION
DCCP provides prevention education and community outreach focused on helping youth and families make healthy choices and reduce the impact of substance misuse in the community.

YOUTH MENTORING
DCCP's mentoring efforts connect young people with positive adults, supportive relationships, educational opportunities, and activities that encourage personal growth and success.

FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER
DCCP's Family Resource Center connects families with community resources, services, information, and support. Through mobile and pop-up outreach, DCCP brings resources directly into communities where families live, work, and attend school.

AGRICULTURE EDUCATION
DCCP's Agriculture Education Program introduces students to the many opportunities within agriculture through hands-on learning and classroom education. Led by McKenna Andrews, the program brings agriculture directly into local schools and gives students the opportunity to learn about livestock, agricultural business, animal care, and the many careers connected to the agricultural industry.
